Operative words
.. by September 7, 2021, long-term care facilities shall: [require that any staff member or individual with direct access be vaccinated absent exemption]... 3. Failure to Receive Second Dose. Long-term care facilities shall not [permit continued work without the second dose within the specified period]... [a] long-term care facility [that fails] to comply with this order shall be subject to a civil penalty... [under] section 19a-525 of the General Statutes.
