2020: Held. South Dakota issued no statewide gathering cap, closure or stay-at-home order; the Fourth Judicial Circuit issued an order on court proceedings during the rally (SD-052). CDC traced 86 Minnesota cases (51 primary, 35 secondary) to the rally, with four hospitalizations and one death (Ex. SEC-06-GM-008). 2021: Held Aug. 6-15, 2021 (reported).
