2020: HIMSS20 cancelled Mar. 5, 2020, four days before opening, the first major U.S. trade show cancelled for COVID-19; the Center's page of Mar. 25, 2020 lists the cancellations and postponements; the Center's parking lot became a State drive-through testing site from Mar. 25, 2020 (Ex. AGY-LOCAL-DISTRICTS-AUTHORITIES-038). 2021: HIMSS21 moved to Las Vegas Aug. 9-13, 2021 (reported); Orange County's business and mask orders were suspended by State EO 21-102 (May 3, 2021) and voided July 1, 2021; the County's local state of emergency continued through Q3 2021.
