Operative words

The State of Local Emergency declared in Executive Order 2021-24 is continued for seven (7) days from the date and time hereof, and may be extended in seven (7) day increments or less, as necessary, pursuant to Section 252.38(3)(a)5, Florida Statutes.... Except as amended herein, Executive Order 2021-24 is ratified and reaffirmed.
