2020: Cancelled: "COVID-19 has caused the cancellation of SHRM20 in San Diego. Though we can't convene in-person, SHRM is offering new programming just for you on this page monthly until SHRM21 on June 20-23rd in Chicago. All SHRM20 pass holders have a reserved spot at SHRM21!" (organizer site as captured May 16, 2020; Ex. SEC-12-GM-111, P). 2021: Held in person at the Las Vegas Convention Center, West Hall, Sept. 9-12, 2021, with a parallel virtual pass: "VEGAS OR VIRTUAL, REGISTER NOW"; "Be part of SHRM21--virtually or in Vegas"; "Can't make it in person?" (organizer site as captured Aug. 28, 2021; Ex. SEC-12-GM-112, P). The June 2021 Chicago dates announced in 2020 were abandoned. Usual dates: Late June (2020: June 28-July 1, 2020, San Diego, planned; 2021: moved from June 20-23, Chicago, to Sept. 9-12, 2021, Las Vegas).
