2. COVID-19 Vaccination Requirements. Vaccines shall be required as follows:... i. On or before September 27, 2021, school boards and child [care facilities shall require covered workers to have received at least one dose]... ii. After September 27, 2021, a school board or childcare facility [shall not permit an unvaccinated covered worker to work unless the worker is tested weekly]... 3. Vaccination Verification and Testing... [unvaccinated workers must] submit to COVID-19 testing one time per week... This requirement shall take effect on September 27, 2021.
