Operative words
[Critical Businesses include:] Funeral homes, crematoriums, and cemeteries; In-person pastoral services for individuals who are in crisis or in need of end of life services provided Distancing is observed to the greatest extent possible; Houses of Worship and associated ceremonies such as weddings, funerals and baptisms (religious or secular);... In person group counseling or recovery meetings for substance abuse or behavioral health following Distancing of 6 feet and no more than 10 participants.
