2020: 2020 Marketplace held in January 2020 before any order. On October 15, 2020 ABA moved the January 2021 Baltimore Marketplace (with Busworld North America 2021) to June 19-21, 2021 (Ex. SEC-21-GM-004). 2021: No in-person Marketplace took place in 2021: ABA's site carried 'Marketplace On Demand' programming in May 2021 (arquivo.pt asset listing) and the January 8-11, 2022 Grapevine Marketplace was described as 'ABA's first major in-person meeting in two years' (Group Travel Leader, February 3, 2022) and a 'successful return to live events' (Metro Magazine, January 25, 2022, Ex. SEC-21-GM-005). Usual dates: January each year; 2021 edition scheduled for January 2021 in Baltimore. Scale: The 2017 Marketplace in Cleveland 'welcomed more than 3,400 tour operators, travel industry suppliers, and exhibitors and generated approximately $115.9 million dollars in booked business' (Metro Magazine, December 14, 2017, as read); the January 2022 Grapevine Marketplace drew about 1,800 attendees (Group Travel Leader, February 3, 2022) and 1,600-plus (Metro Magazine, January 25, 2022, Ex.
