Operative words
'The advance of COVID-19 around the world has made holding the Show in September 2020 impracticable under the circumstances. Therefore, in the best interests of all concerned MINExpo INTERNATIONAL 2020, will not be held September 28-30, 2020 in Las Vegas due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The Show, which is typically held every four years, will be postponed until September 2021.'

2020: Postponed to September 2021. 2021: Held Sept. 13-15, 2021 in Las Vegas, within 2021 Q3: 'MINEXPO 2021 WILL BE IN PERSON SEPTEMBER 13-15... Your health and safety is our top priority. We are committed to following the guidance of the CDC, state and local authorities, as well as the Las Vegas [Convention Center]... Currently in Nevada, masks are required indoors for both vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC, Federal, State and Local government regarding mask requirements and social distancing' (organizer's page, Sept. 1, 2021 capture, Ex. SEC-22-GM-062), under Directive 047 (indoor face coverings, Ex. NV-041) and Directive 049 (large indoor events of 4,000 or more: vaccination proof for every attendee as the condition of unmasking, Ex. NV-043), replaced by Directive 050 on Sept. 2, 2021 (Ex.
