2020: Held Feb. 16-19, 2020, before the orders; on Aug. 12, 2020 Viticus announced that the 2021 conference would move seven months, from mid-February to Sept. 6-9, 2021, with parts online. 2021: Held Sept. 6-9, 2021 as a hybrid conference under the Nevada indoor mask mandate: 'The governor of Nevada/Southern Nevada Health District has mandated masks for all people attending indoor events'; temperature-monitoring cameras, Plexiglas dividers, contactless check-in (Ex. SEC-26-GM-009); JAVMA News later described it as a hybrid conference. Usual dates: Mid-February annually (2020: Feb. 16-19; 2021 as scheduled: mid-February; 2021 as held: Sept. 6-9). Scale: 'We have seen fewer registrations than prior years'; 'a 12 percent cancellation rate in our exhibitor booths' (Viticus CEO, Aug. 2021, Ex. SEC-26-GM-009). Venue orders 2020: NV-024, NV-028.
