Notes
Ends the county mask regime in the 89 counties; the six locally run county health departments' authority (EO 77 ¶ 13.c) was not addressed and continued under statute until Pub. Ch. 6 (Nov. 12, 2021)
Retrieval noteThe Tennessee Supreme Court's May 14, 2021 order cites 'Executive Order 80' as a ground for lifting courthouse mask and capacity rules (Ex. TN-050).
