Notes
Recites the CDC's July 27, 2021 recommendation of universal indoor masking in K-12 schools and makes the DOH K-12 requirements (universal masking; distancing; quarantine and isolation of cases and close contacts; testing) a condition of in-person learning for the 2021-22 school year; with Order 20-03.4 (masks in schools for every person) and Proclamation 21-14.1 (staff vaccination by Oct. 18, 2021).
