This Proclamation, and the prohibitions and orders contained herein are effective immediately and will remain in effect until rescinded or otherwise amended. Violators of this order may be subject to [criminal penalties pursuant to RCW 43.06.220(5)]. [Amends the 20-12.3 conditions on in-person instruction at IHEs without fully vaccinated campuses.]
