do hereby amend Orders 20-03, 20-03.1, 20-03.2, 20-03.3, and 20-03.4 and order as follows: [General Face Covering Requirement continued: every person must wear a face covering in any place where any person from outside their household is present or that is generally accessible to non-household members; outdoor exception except at outdoor events or gatherings of 500 or more; non-spectators on the field of play exempted]... This order shall take effect immediately and remain in effect until rescinded or superseded by a [subsequent order].
