Operative words

effective as of 12:01 AM on March 25, 2021, that Section 4 of Executive Order 9-20, as amended, relating to '[p]rohibited activities,' is hereby terminated and of no further effect; provided that fairs, festivals, and summer camps may resume operations as of May 1, 2021; and provided further that those other businesses and activities specifically listed in such Section 4 are hereby continued as essential activities and may operate in accordance with all applicable health and safety guidance.
