I HEREBY ORDER THE FOLLOWING EMERGENCY REGULATIONS... HAVE THE POWER OF LAW, SHALL REMAIN IN EFFECT UNTIL 8:00 A.M. ON JANUARY 1, 2021, AND SHALL SUPERSEDE ALL CONFLICTING LAWS... AND REPLACES EMERGENCY ORDER 14, EMERGENCY ORDER 11, AND EMERGENCY ORDER 10. 1. Individuals. Everyone in the Municipality of Anchorage... shall limit outings and physical contact with those outside of their household... Indoor gatherings capped at six people; outdoor at ten... Restaurants, bars, and breweries closed for indoor dining; outdoor service only with tables ten feet apart or greater... Indoor facilities (theaters, bowling, arcades) closed... Gyms limited to 25% of building occupancy... Salons at 25% capacity; mask-removal services prohibited... Retail businesses limited to 25% of building occupancy... Remote work required when possible
Enforcement
Violations may result in business closure 'for a period of up to two weeks' (Section 14)
