Operative words
Residents to stay at home as much as possible and limit travel to essential errands; retail establishments directed not to remain open unnecessarily; outdoor recreation permitted with distancing (Alaska Public Media, Mar. 20, 2020). The Municipality's Safe Anchorage roadmap describes the resulting status: 'Non-Critical Businesses and entities closed except for tele-work or other work from home procedures. Entertainment facilities closed' (AK-064).
