Penalty
'It shall be unlawful' (subsections A and B); injunctions and temporary restraining orders (subsection C); 21 O.S. 1195: misdemeanor for leaving quarantine or willfully violating 'any quarantine law or regulation' (DUT-OK-004)
What it required
A local health officer who determines or suspects exposure may quarantine the person at the premises where the person usually stays, and who determines or suspects infection may isolate the person; the duty not to violate the quarantine or isolation binds 'such person, or any other person', which reaches an employer that would require or permit the quarantined or isolated employee to come to work; district courts 'shall be authorized to grant injunctive relief, including temporary injunctions and temporary restraining orders, to compel compliance'.
Retrieval noteThe Sixth Amended EO 2020-07 (Ex. OK-010) imposed a fourteen-day quarantine on air travelers from listed States; the OSDH isolation and quarantine directions for COVID-19 cases and contacts operated against this section. 63 O.S. 1-505 (read, not saved) lets a local health officer remove an infected person to a hospital or other place of reception.
