What it required
The Q3 2021 enforcement policy: after the capacity restrictions ended on June 30, 2021, every employer remained bound to five categories of mandatory prevention elements (screening and exclusion of sick and exposed workers, masks for unvaccinated and required settings, distancing or other controls, cleaning frequency, hazard education), inspected under WAC 296-800-11005 and 296-800-140, with the HELSA anti-retaliation duty recited.
Retrieval noteProves the Q3 2021 continuing employer duty in the agency's own words: 'Employers must' recurs through the temperature-check, mask, distancing, no-shared-headset and increased-cleaning provisions.
