Operative words

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article for which the penalty is not otherwise provided, or any of the rules or orders issued pursuant to this article, shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $500.

Penalty

Fine of $50 to $500; 64 C.S.R. 7 § 24.1 adds that 'Each violation is considered a separate offense'

What it required

Obedience to the Bureau for Public Health's rules and orders, including 64 C.S.R. 7 (reportable diseases, isolation, quarantine and placarding; Ex. DUT-WV-015) and 64 C.S.R. 17 (food establishments; Ex. DUT-WV-016), each of which recites this section as its penalty provision.
