Operative words

Gatherings should be limited to 50 or fewer people and adhere to the Physical Distancing and Sanitation Requirements in Section 3 (§ 1.a). All patrons should remain seated while consuming food or drink... (§ 1.b). Individuals should wear a face covering over their nose and mouth in indoor public settings or in an outdoor public space where they are unable to maintain six-feet physical distancing (§ 2.a). Anyone who enters a long-term care facility or campus who is not a resident is required to wear a face covering that covers their nose and mouth at all times (§ 2.b). Employers should: [distancing; sanitation; disinfection; PPE; ill-employee strategies; telework where appropriate] (§ 3.d). The Stay Healthy Order dated December 30, 2020 is hereby rescinded (¶ 4).

Notes

This instrument ended the mandatory statewide business restrictions; gatherings over 50 could obtain exemptions by plan and attestation to the local health district. Findings: 46.8 percent of hospitals reporting resource stresses.
