Retrieval note

Enrolled bill text with the strike-and-underline amendments. Signing date and chapter from the Legislature's bill status page (Signed by Governor on 04/20/21; Session Law Chapter 257; Effective 07/01/2021). The statewide mandatory orders had ended Feb. 1, 2021 (Ex. ID-012) before this amendment took effect; the amendment shows the Legislature's judgment that the pre-existing statute reached persons and places generally.
