Operative words

Section 1. Face Coverings Required. Every person, shall, when in any indoor or outdoor public place, completely cover their nose and mouth, when members of the public are physically present for otherwise unprotected social interaction.... 'public place' shall mean any place open to all members of public without specific invitation, including but not necessarily limited to, retail business establishments, government offices, medical, educational, arts and recreational institutions, public transportation, including taxi cabs and ridesharing vehicles. Exemptions: children under five; medical intolerance; hearing impaired; workplace safety; services involving the face; eating or drinking at six feet; outdoor and indoor recreational settings where distancing is possible.

Enforcement

Section 2: Boise City Code § 1-15-10, 'any person who knowingly violates the provisions of this Emergency Order No. 20-10 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by fine, imprisonment, or both'
