Operative words

Section 2. Individuals - Face Coverings. It is recommended that individuals who are not vaccinated wear a face covering that completely covers the person's nose and mouth in public settings, except when required to wear a face covering by federal or state law, rules, or regulations.... Section 7. This Emergency Order 20-17 supersedes all previous City of Boise Public Health Emergency Orders.
