Operative words

Section 4.A. Gatherings of 50 or more people are permitted when CDH reviews and recommends approval to the City of a plan that will ensure the safety of the participants and the community... A gathering of 50 or more people without the recommendation of an approved plan may be in violation of this order. B. Every person is required to wear a face covering that completely covers the person's nose and mouth when the person is in an indoor public place. C. Where six (6) feet of physical distancing cannot be maintained in an outdoor public place, it is recommended that individuals wear a face covering.
