Operative words

SECTION 1.... (a) Any individual, regardless of vaccination status, who is age two or older and able to medically tolerate a mask... shall be required to wear a mask when indoors in any public place, which for purposes of this Order includes any common or shared space in: (i) a residential multi-unit building or (ii) any non-residential building, unless otherwise provided for in the Phase 5 Guidance issued by the Office of the Mayor... (b) All businesses shall prominently post signage... at each publicly accessible entrance to the business and at least one location inside the business... informing patrons that masks are required to be worn indoors, regardless of vaccination status.

Sec. 3: BACP and CPD in addition to the Commissioner; Sec. 4: arrest and fines under sec. 2-112-340; 'any business that fails to enforce this Order shall be subject to sanctions, including, but not limited to, closure pursuant to Sections 2-112-050 and 2-112-170'; Sec. 6: the more restrictive of this Order, any Executive Order or the Phase 5 Guidance applies
