Operative words
All Cuyahoga County employees are to disclose whether they have traveled outside the [State of Ohio]... All Cuyahoga County employees who have travelled outside the State of Ohio, for any reason, after the date of this Executive Order, shall promptly disclose same to the employee's supervisor before reporting to work after such travel. Any Cuyahoga County employee who has traveled to a Country that is the subject of a Centers for Disease Control ('CDC') Level 3 Travel Health Notice shall [self-quarantine and] provide the employee's [supervisor documentation that the employee has] complied with the CDC's after-travel health precautions... This Executive Order shall go into immediate effect upon my signature, and shall continue in force until the emergency no longer exists
