Operative words

Thus, this Order rescinds and replaces the February 4, 2021 DDPHE order. DDPHE hereby adopts CDPHE PHO 20-36 and any future amendments thereto, but DDPHE no longer imposes any additional restrictions on bars and restaurants than those required by CDPHE in PHO 20-36 or Denver's existing Face Covering Order.
