Operative words
More than fifteen months later, the City and County of Denver remains under this local disaster declaration.... On June 30, 2021, CDPHE issued a Fourth Amended PHO 20-38. This order hereby rescinds and replaces the DDPHE PHO, dated June 1, 2021, and adopts the Fourth Amended PHO 20-38.... this Order will be effective immediately and expire on August 1, 2021.
