Recited in the Second Judicial District's Amended Joint Order 2020-05 (Ex. 060): 'On May 5, 2020, DDPHE issued a Face Covering Order which requires that all members of the public wear a Face Covering when they are inside, or in line to enter, any Essential Business' and other settings as defined by the Fourth Updated PHO 20-24; Husch Blackwell records the Oct. 21, 2020 amendment (masks indoors for everyone three and older). The order text was not among Denver's posted historic orders.
