effective March 16, 2020 the Courts of the 2nd [Judicial District will maintain limited operations]... all jury calls in state courts, except for jury calls for criminal trials facing imminent speedy trial deadlines, are suspended through May 15, 2020.... Until further order, all in-person civil proceedings, including bench trials, are [continued or converted to phone appearances] through May 15, 2020.... all writs are to be suspended until May 31, 2020.... all jury calls for a return date between March 17, 2020, and May 15, 2020 have been or will be cancelled.
