Operative words

it is important that all community members continue to wear a Face Covering when they are within six (6) feet of distance from non-household members to help reduce the risk of transmission until we reach that critical threshold.... Elimination of the mask requirements will likely lead to increased case counts in Jefferson County until enough people have been vaccinated to reach the threshold to achieve herd immunity.
