On July 24, 2020, the Executive Director of JCPH issued JCPH Order 20-008... JCPH Order 20-008 became effective at 12:01 a.m. on July 25, 2020.... I hereby rescind JCPH Order 20-008 effective immediately. All individuals and businesses in Jefferson County should follow the face covering requirements set forth in Executive Order D 2021 103, as amended... This Order immediately rescinds JCPH Order 20-008, which shall have no legal effect.
