WHEREAS, On May 20, 2021, June 23, 2021, and August 25, 2021, the City's Chief Public Health Officer issued continuing Emergency Epidemic Orders in Response To The COVID-19 Pandemic Per MCL 333.2453, to provide for virtual meetings of public bodies 'to continue to protect the public health from further transmission of COVID-19 within the City of Detroit.'
