Effective Wednesday, November 18, 2020 all matters at the 36th District Court, with the exception of felony arraignments, emergency evictions, and virtual felony exams, are suspended through December 8, 2020. All scheduled matters during this period will be adjourned to a later date... The 36th District Court had previously suspended all in-person hearings on November 5, 2020.
