Operative words

WHEREAS, the Marion Circuit and Superior Courts rescinded said order on June 30, 2021 in light of improved health conditions in Marion County and the availability of vaccines to all individuals over the age of 12; and WHEREAS, the number of COVID-19 cases in Marion County has risen significantly due in part to the fast-spreading Delta variant and the county is now in the 'high risk' category by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention ('CDC') for disease transmission... (2) All individuals aged two (2) and older are required to wear protective facial coverings properly by covering the nose and mouth while in one of the Courthouse facilities.... (3) All individuals or household units must maintain as much social distancing as is reasonably permitted in the Courthouse facilities. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that effective August 17, 2021, the Marion County Sheriff shall enforce this Order complying with ADA requirements.
