Operative words

All individuals entering the Courthouse are encouraged to follow CDC guidelines regarding appropriate mask wearing based on their own personal vaccination status and health situation. This recommendation applies to all Courthouse areas EXCEPT the following: (a) All individuals involved in a jury trial... must wear a mask throughout the jury proceedings.... IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that effective November 22, 2021, the previous protective facial coverings is amended for all Courthouse facilities.
