Operative words

Governor Walz subsequently issued Emergency Executive Order 21-01, reopening bars and restaurants to outdoor and indoor use, with certain restrictions... All Temporary C-19 Right of Way Obstruction Permits that expired on December 23, 2020 are hereby reinstated. Executive Order 2020-10 is hereby extended, subject to the Governor's Executive Order 21-01 and any other local, state or federal law impacting food and beverage service for onsite consumption.
