Operative words

Effective 12:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 10, 2020, and continuing until further notice... [sec. 11] State of California's Regional Stay At Home Order issued by the State Public Health Officer on December 3, 2020, all portions of which are operative in San Diego County... [sec. 13] additional restrictions listed in Section 2 (g) of the State Regional Stay At Home Order and shall close all indoor facilities.... [sec. 14] Persons who have been diagnosed with COVID-19... shall comply with the Order of the Health Officer titled: 'Isolation of All Persons with or Likely to have COVID-19'... Persons who have a close contact... shall comply with the Order of the Health Officer titled: 'Quarantine of Persons Exposed to COVID-19.'
