Operative words

Effective as of 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, April 7, 2020, and continuing through 11:59 p.m. on April 30, 2020 in accordance with executive order GA 14 of Governor Greg Abbott... all persons currently residing within the incorporated and unincorporated territory of Bexar County are hereafter directed to stay at home... With the exception of Exempted Businesses... all businesses operating within Bexar County are required to cease all activities at any facility located in the incorporated or unincorporated portions of Bexar County.
