Operative words
Beginning Sunday, April 26, in a continued effort to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, TARC is implementing two new measures: All passengers are required to exit the rear doors; All passengers are required to wear a face covering... The only exceptions to these two new rules will be that those with mobility issues may choose the exit best suited to them, and children under 2 and those passengers with breathing difficulties will be exempt from wearing a face coverings.... TARC would also like to issue a reminder that ridership on ALL TARC BUSES remains limited to 'essential services only.'
