Operative words

This Order No. 8 shall replace previous Health Commissioner Orders 1-7 upon the occurrence of benchmarks specified herein.... allow certain businesses to continue operating conditioned on compliance with general and business-specific operating standards and guidance included in, and attached to this Order;... allow certain other business to reopen conditioned on compliance...; continue to prohibit certain other businesses from operating until a future point in time... I HEREBY ISSUE THIS ORDER AND THE PHASE I STANDARDS AND GUIDANCE INCLUDING EXHIBITS ALL OF WHICH ARE ATTACHED HERETO AND INCORPORATED HEREIN BY THIS REFERENCE.

Enforcement

Compliance with the attached standards is the condition of operating; RSMo § 192.320

Notes

The attached Phase I Standards (Ex. MET-STL-024) require face coverings for all persons 9 and older in public closed spaces, no social gatherings of more than 10, retail compliance with the State's capacity order, employee masks and daily screening, and keep ballrooms, banquet rooms, meeting rooms, gyms and fitness centers, playgrounds, pools and contact-sports facilities closed in Phase I.
