Operative words

Facemasks/coverings should be worn by all residents nine (9) years of age or older in the following: Public closed spaces; Outdoors when six (6) feet of distance is unpredictable or cannot be maintained from non-related persons; Aboard public transportation... No social gatherings of more than ten (10) people... Retail establishments must comply with the State of Missouri's order regarding capacity restrictions... Require employees or volunteers to wear face masks at work... Establish daily protocols to evaluate employee health... Ballrooms, banquet rooms, meeting rooms closed in Phase I... Gyms & Fitness Centers Closed in Phase I... Playgrounds and pools should remain closed; Contact-sports courts/facilities remain closed.

Compliance is the condition of operating under Order No. 8; RSMo § 192.320
