Operative words

As recited in EO 2020-11: 'Executive Order 2020-5 imposed such restrictions [on events and assemblages].... This order does not change the scope of temporary restrictions imposed by Executive Order 2020-5 as to the closure of elementary school buildings and secondary school buildings.'

Notes

Prohibited assemblages of more than 250 persons and closed all K-12 school buildings from March 16 through April 5, 2020 (figure of 250 from prior verified research, NGA tracker; the school closure confirmed by EO 2020-11 § 2).
