Operative words

12. For Regions 6 and 8, beginning at 12:01 am on May 22, workers necessary to perform retail activities.... 13. For Regions 6 and 8, beginning at 12:01 am on May 22, workers who work in an office setting, but only to the extent that such work is not capable of being performed remotely. 14. For Regions 6 and 8, beginning at 12:01 am on May 22, workers in restaurants or bars, subject to the capacity constraints and workplace standards described in Executive Order 2020-91.... 18. This order takes effect immediately... and continues through May 28, 2020 at 11:59 pm. Executive Orders 2020-77 and 2020-90 are rescinded.

Notes

Social gatherings of up to 10 people permitted in Regions 6 and 8; the rest of the State (Regions 1-5, 7, including Detroit, Grand Rapids, Lansing, Flint and Kalamazoo) remained under the full stay-home order.
