Operative words

[Recital:] permitting retailers and motor vehicle dealerships to see customers by appointment, beginning on May 26, 2020.... [rescinding EO 2020-17 on non-essential medical and dental procedures:] Those rescissions will take effect on May 29.... 11(p) Beginning at 12:01 am on May 26, 2020, workers at motor vehicle dealerships, provided that showrooms are open only by appointment. (q) Beginning at 12:01 am on May 26, 2020, workers necessary to perform retail activities, provided that stores are open only by appointment... 18. This order takes effect immediately... and continues through May 28, 2020 at 11:59 pm.

Notes

Statewide gatherings of up to 10 people permitted; stay-home structure retained through May 28 with EO 2020-110 rescinding it June 1.
