Operative words

Paragraph I(g)(ii)(2) of Executive Order 1492 is amended to establish that in order to perform non-emergent, elective medical procedures and surgeries, the healthcare facility where such procedures and surgeries are performed must reserve at least 10% of its hospital capacity for treatment of COVID-19 patients, accounting for the range of clinical severity of COVID-19 patients. This Executive Order shall be effective at 8:00 a.m. on Monday July 20, 2020, and shall remain in full force and effect until 8:00 a.m. on Monday, August 3, 2020.

Notes

Replaces the 25 percent reserve of EO 1477/1492 with 10 percent.
