The statewide Safe Return instituted in Executive Order 1492, as amended and extended by Executive Orders 1496, 1500, 1505, 1508, 1511, 1514 and 1516 is further extended and shall remain in full force and effect until 8:00 a.m. on Monday, [August 31, 2020]... K-12 Organized Extracurricular Events:... Attendance shall be limited to two attendees per student... All attendees shall wear a face covering... Every K-12 organized extracurricular event shall have a dedicated [Safety Officer].
