Operative words
The statewide Safe Return instituted in Executive Order 1492, as amended and extended by Executive Orders 1496, 1500, 1505, 1508, 1511, 1514, 1516, 1518, 1519 and 1520 is further extended and shall remain in full force and effect until 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30, 2020, except as follows: a. Paragraph I(f)(iv) of Executive Order 1492 is amended and superseded as follows: iv. Retail businesses shall adopt reasonable, good-faith measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, including but not limited to limiting the number [of customers to 75% of capacity].
