2020: Postponed August 5, 2020 to November 2021; virtual meetings and workshops held in mid-November 2020 (School Bus Fleet, August 5 and November 4, 2020; Ex. SEC-21-GM-009). 2021: On May 17, 2021 the board decided the November 6-10, 2021 conference would not be held in Grand Rapids and left the format (in person, virtual or hybrid) open pending a June 2021 decision, 'based in large part on survey results from state directors on their preferences on how the conference should be held and ability to travel' (Ex. SEC-21-GM-010). Usual dates: November each year; 2020 edition November 7-11, 2020; 2021 edition November 6-10, 2021. Scale: Not stated. Venue orders 2020: MI-050, MI-052, MI-059, MI-060, MI-061.
